Morphe 35O Palette!
it's about time too...
Growing up watching and adoring Jaclyn Hill, I was bound to want everything she raved about. For as long as I can remember, she has loved Morphe Brushes Cosmetics, yet unbeknown to me, their products are ridiculously cheap and well, well worth the money.
Trusting Jaclyn's judgement- I mean, how couldn't I- I visited the Morphe Brushes website in an attempt to get the much raved about, Morphe 350 Palette. The 350 palette is a YouTube sensation, and it was finally in stock... I nearly screamed when I added it to my bag!
The palette itself, was just $22.99 and I had a 10% discount code from Jaclyn. High quality for such low prices is all any girl could ask for. Living in the UK, we unfortunately have to pay expensive shipping charges... however Morphe's delivery was relatively cheap at $22.50. All in all, my order came to $43 (around £32). In comparison to most high end eyeshadow palettes, usually around the £40 mark for approx. 5/6 shades, just shows how good value for money the Morphe Palette is.
The palette itself, is a lightweight sleek black plastic, with 35 shades. Some shimmers, and the majority matte. Each shade in this palette is intensely pigmented, buttery and a dream to blend. The range of shades can suit so many different skin tones, and the combinations of colours are perfect. My FAVE combination, is the bottom right copper shimmer paired with the top right orange shade... it makes for the 'go-to' summer eye look; glowy and fresh. To darken any of the brighter looks from this palette, you can use the deeper browns and more neutral shades to darken the look and transform a day time look to night time!
These are the most pigmented eye shadows I have ever used, especially the shimmer colours, and they genuinely do not budge. For such a good price, it has everything you could possibly need. You can create any desired look with just one palette AND it's not too big, making it perfect for travelling.
If you're looking to try out new looks, but don't want to spend TOO much, I think this is a must have palette. Whether you're just starting out in makeup, or a well established artist, you need this.
